We are thrilled to welcome the Budweiser Clydesdales to the Maine Lobster Festival this year! The Clydesdales will arrive Monday, July 27 and will be around the local communities throughout the week.

Here are some events you won’t want to miss…

Wednesday, July 29

Full hitch viewing at the Rockland Elks Club from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. The Elks Club is located at 210 Rankin Street in Rockland.

Thursday, July 30 

Full hitch retailer beer deliveries along Rockland Main Street from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Friday, July 31

Rest day and public viewing at the Union Fairgrounds from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. There will also be a 1-horse show in Boothbay Harbor from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Saturday, August 1

The Maine Lobster Festival’s Big Parade down Rockland Main Street. All eight Clydesdales will be in full hitch, with two drivers, and a Dalmatian! As in years’ past, parade watchers will see the Crushstation monster truck, The Maine Red Claws’ popular mascot, Crusher and a returning favorite: “The Band” Marching Unit from Baltimore, MD. Midcoast Maine businesses will also participate in the parade again this year, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store this year!

Sunday, August 2

A 1-horse show at the Maine Lobster Festival grounds from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
