Free Shuttle Bus

The festival provides free shuttle services to and from the festival grounds from the following locations. A bus arrives at each location approximately every 30 minutes.

  • South Elementary School (formerly Rockland District Middle School): 30 Broadway, Rockland, ME 04841
  • Oceanside High School (400 Broadway, Rockland, ME)

Check days for detailed schedule:

  • Wednesday: 11AM – 10PM
  • Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 8:30 AM – 11:30 PM
  • Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Bus arrives at each location approximately every 20 minutes. Saturday morning shuttle service will be limited due to the parade.

75th Annual Maine Lobster Festival Opens!

Lobster Serving begins at the Food Tent (Noon-8:00)

Visit our Food Tent for our famous steamed lobster dinners, shore dinners, lobster bisque, clam chowder, lobster mac-n-cheese, and (at the Lobster Cafe) for lobster rolls, lobster wraps, and lobster Caesar salad.

King Neptune and his court, along with Chloe Blake, the 2020/21 Maine Sea Goddess, arrive on the main dock from the briny deep courtesy of the USCG to raise the flag and officially open the 75th Maine Lobster Festival. Flag raising ceremony will take place at the flagpole by the Harbor Master’s building.
