The Maine Lobster Festival is excited to announce that this year’s grand marshal for the Big Parade will be our community of veterans.
The board of directors, members and volunteers of the Maine Lobster Festival want to recognize and honor all of the men and women who have served in any branch of the military and have put their lives on hold to ensure the safety of all Americans, at home and abroad.
The Maine Lobster Festival invites all Veterans to ride on the grand marshal float in the Big Parade on Saturday, August 3, at 10am. The American Legion Rockland Post 1 will be coordinating the float. Please contact the American Legion at (207) 594-2901 for more information.
